Celebrating 25 Years in Business:
A Quarter of a Century of Numbers, Growth & Gratitude!

This year marks a truly special milestone for us – 25 years in business.
That’s a quarter of a century of serving clients, navigating change, adapting to new technology, growing a passionate team, and staying true to our mission:

To support small businesses with clarity, confidence, and trustworthy bookkeeping.

As we reflect on this achievement, we’re filled with gratitude – for our clients, our team, and the journey that brought us here.

The Early Days
Back in 2000, our business started with a simple goal: to help local businesses manage their finances more efficiently. It began with one person, a mobile phone line, a car and a whole lot of paper. Bookkeeping back then looked a lot different—manual entries into desktop computer software, piles of receipts, filing cabinets and lever arch files galore.
What hasn’t changed? Our commitment to accuracy, client care, and doing the job properly.

Embracing Change
Over the last 25 years, the bookkeeping world has changed dramatically. We’ve seen the evolution from desktop software to cloud accounting, from filing cabinets to real-time dashboards, from paper payslips to Single Touch Payroll.

We’ve embraced every step—investing in tools like Xero, Dext, and automation platforms to keep our clients ahead of the curve, while still providing the human support behind the numbers.

The People Behind the Books
We wouldn’t be here without our incredible clients and dedicated team. From long-time partnerships to businesses we’ve helped start from scratch, we are proud to play a small but crucial part in so many success stories.
And behind the scenes? Our team has grown from one to many, united by a shared passion for financial clarity, support, and small business success.

Lessons from 25 Years in Business

1. Relationships matter – Technology helps, but it’s trust that keeps clients coming back.
2. Change is constant – The businesses that thrive are the ones that adapt.
3. Small businesses are the heart of the economy – And we’re proud to serve them.
4. Keep learning – Whether it’s a new regulation or new software, there’s always something to improve.
5. Celebrate the wins – Big or small, milestones deserve recognition.

Looking Ahead
As we move into the next chapter, our focus remains the same: empowering business owners with timely, accurate, and reliable bookkeeping support.
We’re excited to continue growing, evolving, and supporting our clients for the next 25 years—and beyond.

Thank You
To every client, team member, partner, and supporter – thank you. Your trust, loyalty, and collaboration have been the foundation of our journey. We are truly honoured to have shared this path with you.
