Highly recommend Tashly Consulting for Xero training. I came in with a set of questions and Tash guided me through everything slowly, clearly, and with so much patience. She helped resolve all my issues and made Xero feel easy to understand. Super helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Tashly has been a critical factor in the success of the operational side of my business. Frankly I don't know what I would have done without Natasha over the years. She is kind, patient, accurate, trustworthy and clever. If a mistake is ever made her end ( almost never across decades) her team immediately owns up and sorts it out, often before I had even noticed it. As a result I have great trust in her. I have no hesitation in recommending Tashly for anyone. I just thank the universe for helping me to find her.

As a business owner, clarity, consistency, and accuracy are absolutely essential to me — and that's exactly what I get from Tashly Consulting. I've been working with them for over five years now, and I couldn't be happier. They are across everything — always reliable, thorough, and proactive.

What I really love is the streamlined processes and systems they’ve put in place. It makes everything so much easier and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. I always feel confident knowing everything is being managed properly and professionally and gives me the peace of mind to focus on running my business — and that’s priceless. Highly, highly recommend!

I participated in a training session with Tash which was extremely beneficial. I had just commenced using Xero in our new business and required a bit more of hands on training. The training was structured so that I would become more experienced in the areas that I was weakest in. By the end of the training I was able to competently complete the tasks in Xero that my business required. Excellent training style and patient understanding is what stands out in my mind from Tash.
Would definitely recommend Tash for all of your Xero training requirements.

I found my 3hr face to face training with Tash amazing. Tash was full of information and happy to focus on whatever i wanted to get the most out of the session. Tash then shared her favourite reports and tips to keeping our Xero file as accurate as possible. Time and money well spend.

We’re Xero newbies and asked our accountant for a recommendation for Xero help - she recommended Tashly Consulting. Our strategy has been to build a list of questions to ask during a Zoom 1:1 session with Natasha, and these sessions have been incredibly useful and productive.
Natasha is an excellent educator - clear, concise and patient. We get through a long list of questions in a 30 minute session; the pace is just right, and Natasha’s Xero knowledge is clearly extensive. We’ll continue to use Tashly to train us, and to problem solve issues we’ve caused.
We can see that the time we’ve saved by getting expert training has saved us money and time. Well worth the cost of training.

Natasha at Tashly Consulting answered all my Xero questions and more! The training session was conducted professionally and covered many aspects of Xero. The best part was that it was adapted to my business and helped me address my specific bookkeeping needs. I especially liked being able to book and pay online and being able to book ongoing consultations, should I need them.

Tash is life saver, I cant speak highly enough of the service Tash has given me. She has so very patient with me as I navigate my creative, not so numbers focused, mind around Xero. She has had my back. Thank you Tash for your support both in person and via email, with your quick responses and great explanations for me to get things done. So Grateful.

Natasha trained myself and my assistant and how to set up STP on Xero and then how to do our first BAS. She also showed us how to setup Receipt bank for us. Our accounting is now very easy to do. Highly recommend Natasha for any Xero training you need.

I engaged Natasha from Tashly Consulting to gain more knowledge and understanding of the best ways to use Xero, I had been using Xero for 5 years prior to the training I undertook with her. WOW, I came out with so much more understanding of how to utilise what was on offer and put into practice the wonderful training that was provided. I highly recommend booking training with Natasha if you use Xero as her knowledge is outstanding. Thank you, Tim Morris,

We can’t thank the Tashly team enough for their incredible support. Following the unexpected departure of our Treasurer, their steady and professional approach gave us the support we needed to regroup and move forward with confidence.

As a volunteer-led, not for profit organisation, capacity can be stretched—so having the calm, consistent presence of the Tashly team made a real difference. They helped us navigate a tricky period with care and clarity, and we’re so grateful for their partnership.

They were always timely, flexible, and reliable—willing to meet around our volunteer schedules and consistently getting things done when we needed them.

We’re pleased to now have a new Treasurer in place and a much stronger foundation thanks to Tashly’s work. Highly recommend them to any organisation looking for reliable, responsive, and genuinely supportive consulting and bookkeeping services.

The best bookkeepers we have had - and we have been through four in the last 6 years! The team at Tashly are very efficient, very professional and absolutely know what they are doing. Our system is fairly complex, and they put in every effort to understand the business and how everything interacts before getting started. End result is an accounting system that has been cleaned-up, streamlined and is now working like a charm! Highly recommend.

I was stuck with a big mess I had created in Xero and the longer I left it, the bigger it was getting! I reached out to Tash for assistance and WOW did she rescue me! She quickly figured out what the problem was, what I had been doing wrong and fixed everything. Thank you Tash for taking a weight off my shoulders and fixing it so quickly. My Xero is now operating perfectly and Tash will definitely be my go-to if I create a mess again (let's hope I don't!)!

I've been a customer of Tash's for the past 10 months, with her first performing a Bookkeeping Rescue to tidy up a year of terrible self-bookkeeping, and then as a monthly client. I run a creative freelance business and investing in Tash's services was quite a commitment for me, but she has been key to me turning my finances around. Historically late with all my BAS reports, I'm now always up to date, on top of my numbers and actually enjoying opening up Xero to check on my progress each month. Tash is super professional, patient, responsive and helpful.

I recently completed a Xero training session with Tash to help me better understand the program for my business. Tash was informative, patient and extremely helpful; she was able to answer all of my questions and tailor the session to suit my level of understanding. The booking process was also very smooth and easy to navigate. I highly recommend Tash and her team for Xero training or book-keeping services! Thank you.

Our company engaged Natasha at Tashly Consulting to take over when our previous bookkeeper left the industry. After receiving several other service proposals, Natasha came along and our decision was made. She is highly organised, thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. Not only did she make the transition to a new bookkeeper easy, she has also provided suggestions to simplify our processes in Xero. I can’t recommend Tashly Consulting highly enough!
