Yes, most clients are allocated a primary contact person who becomes familiar with your business and day-to-day requirements. However, because we work as a team, another team member can step in when needed to ensure continuity of service.

What happens if my bookkeeper is on leave?
Every client has documented procedures and detailed client notes maintained within our systems. This allows another team member to step in with minimal disruption if your usual bookkeeper is unavailable. Your business does not stop because someone is on leave, and neither do we.

Are you a registered BAS Agent?
Yes, Tashly Consulting is a registered BAS Agent. This means we are authorised to provide BAS services, including BAS preparation and lodgement, GST assistance, payroll compliance support, Single Touch Payroll obligations, and other BAS-related matters.

Yes. Because we utilise cloud-based solutions such as Xero and other digital technologies, we can support clients anywhere in Australia. While many of our clients are based in South Australia, we also work with businesses across the country.

Do you process payroll?
Yes. We provide end-to-end payroll services, including processing pay runs, leave tracking, Single Touch Payroll reporting, superannuation obligations and compliance support.

Can you help with BAS?
Absolutely. As registered BAS Agents, we can prepare, review and lodge BAS statements and assist with GST, payroll and other BAS-related obligations.

Can you help with tax returns?
We are a registered BAS Agent rather than a Tax Agent, so we cannot lodge income tax returns or provide income tax advice. However, we work closely with many accounting firms and can collaborate directly with your accountant to ensure a smooth year-end process.

Can you liaise directly with my accountant?
Yes. We value strong relationships with accountants and frequently work alongside them to ensure your financial records are accurate, compliant and ready for year-end reporting.

Can you review my existing bookkeeping?
Yes, although our preference is to perform ongoing bookkeeping work ourselves so that we can maintain quality and consistency. If you would like an independent review of your books, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Definitely. Our Bookkeeping Rescue service is designed for businesses that are months, or even years, behind with their bookkeeping, BAS or payroll obligations. We will work with you to assess what is required and develop a practical plan to bring everything up to date.

Our Bookkeeping Rescue service is designed for businesses that have fallen behind and need expert assistance getting back on track. This may include catch-up bookkeeping, catch-up BAS preparation and lodgement, historical bank reconciliations, payroll reviews and corrections, rebuilding months or years of financial records, rectifying data entry errors, and bringing your Xero file back into good working order.
